Problems sending and receiving email on Outlook when using @btconnect.com e-mail address.
If you are having problems sending and/or receiving emails using @btconnect.com e-mail address using a mail program such as Outlook, the most likely reason is to BT’s migration from their current e-mail servers over to Office 365.
BT Business is moving customers onto a new and improved email service powered by Microsoft Office 365. Unfortunately there is no option not to be migrated over to the new servers, as BT are updating and replacing there old servers to this new e-mail platform.
Once the migration has been made your email client such as Outlook will stop working until it has been updated with the new server settings. If you require help with Outlook to work again get in touch and e-tec computer services will be able to reconfigure your server settings so you will be able to send and receive emails once again.
